Jillian is recognised as the only Business Continuity Management professional in the UK with extensive front office trading experience.  She has an international reputation as a trainer on a wide range of risk management topics, including Business Continuity Management, Money Laundering, Insider Dealing, and Bond, Equity and Derivative products.   She is the author of LIFFE Options and LIFFE: An Introduction, both published by London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (LIFFE).

Jillian is a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute and was shortlisted for the Business Continuity Industry Personality of the Year Award 1999.  As European Marketing Director of the Chicago Board of Trade, the world’s largest financial futures exchange, she was responsible for managing communication with European members following the Chicago flood.
